Since the 1990s the population of Brooklin has been growing steadily, with the addition of thousands of homes surrounding the heart of Brooklin.  Brooklin has a mix of homes includes detached, semi-detached, townhomes and a low rise condominium.  The neighbourhood offers several schools, access to many parks and is a short drive to highway 407.
